Casa Silvana welcomes guests with three accommodation options and an enchanting StarsBOX, set in greenery and designed to ensure comfort and relaxation.

The rooms and the apartment feature a bathroom with crystal shower, independent air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a view of the rear garden, furnished with tables, chairs, and areas dedicated to rest.

The entrance is shared and leads to a communal relaxation area, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine, and a filtered water dispenser offering both cold sparkling and still water, as well as room temperature.

The outdoor areas allow guests to enjoy a unique sense of serenity: equipped gardens, an infinity pool, and solarium areas with loungers, umbrellas, side tables, and a solar shower.

There is also a large private parking area with an electric car charging station.

Manu Double Room

A cozy haven of peace and comfort: ideal for two people, the room features a built-in wardrobe and is brightened by a window that lets in natural light.

Cristina Family Suite

The master bedroom is distinguished by a “boat” double bed, a rare furnishing piece that lends understated, retro elegance.

The living room can accommodate up to two additional people, thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed.

The accommodation also includes a hallway with an exclusive walk-in closet, perfect for keeping things tidy and functional, and a washing machine.

Apartment

Covering about 150 m², the spacious open-plan area features an equipped kitchen and dining area next to the living room and bathroom. Upstairs, a mezzanine houses a double bedroom.

In the west wing, separated by a hallway, there is a second large bathroom with a shower and a second mezzanine with a double bed, plus a lounge with TV and a double sofa bed.

The French door opens onto a cantilevered wooden terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, offering an immersive experience in full contact with nature.

The entire apartment can host large families and groups of friends, for up to six people.

StarsBOX

The StarsBOX is the ideal solution for a couple and offers a unique experience, in close contact with nature without sacrificing comfort.

Nestled in the quiet of the woods, just steps from the garden and pool, this essential yet refined structure is designed for those who want to experience contemporary camping: eco-friendly, sustainable, and immersive.

An intimate retreat where you fall asleep under the starry sky and wake up surrounded by greenery.

Even though it’s immersed in nature, the StarsBOX ensures comfort and privacy. The StarsBOX units do not have electricity, specifically to allow you to fully embrace the main experience: admiring the starry sky thanks to the opening roof.

At check-in, portable lights and power banks are provided for charging devices. There are dusk sensors that provide discreet, non-intrusive service lighting.

Check-in and check-out times for the StarsBOX differ from the rest of the property: check-in is from 2:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
