The Terra restaurant, inside the resort, is also open to external guests and offers simple Piedmontese traditional cuisine, created by chefs Mattia and Federica. Here, food is not just nourishment, but an experience of tradition and culture, designed to make guests feel at home.
In respect of ancient Piedmontese recipes, here you can taste traditional cuisine: only authentic dishes, prepared as they were in the past, with flavors that speak of family, memory, and roots.

A story that
begins in 2018
in Cherasco
The history of the resort is rooted in a past rich in charm and tradition
In the heart of the 18th century, these lands were very different from what they are today.
Where the resort now stands, there was a lush cornfield and a tool shed owned by Count Camillo Benso di Cavour, one of the most illustrious figures in Italian history, future architect of Italy's unification who had already demonstrated his foresight not only in politics but also in agricultural and oenological innovation.
Subsequently, the property passed into the hands of the Mascarello brothers who, starting in 2018, gradually transformed the site.
It was in this year that the first major renovation began, an ambitious project that successfully combined respect for the site's history with the needs of contemporary hospitality.
Every intervention was designed to enhance the historical heritage of the site, preserving the rural soul and authenticity that characterize this corner of the Langhe, while equipping the structure with all the comforts and services that modern hospitality requires.
The Restaurant

Terra is the resort’s restaurant, with a shop inside and a soul deeply connected to the territory’s tradition.
It’s also open to those not staying at the relais, to offer everyone a curated taste experience.
The evening menu offers dishes designed to enhance every ingredient.
It’s Possible to Dine à La Carte or Choose the Menu
The convivial menu celebrates the return to the table as a place of meeting and sharing, while the vegetable menu features fresh garden produce capable of creating genuine dishes, prepared with fresh and carefully chosen ingredients.
At lunch, a light lunch is available for the guests of the structure: an informal service with light dishes and quick options, ideal for satisfying the palate without weighing you down.
The kitchen is attentive to different dietary needs, with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
The Terra restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings. During the International Alba White Truffle Fair (from mid-October to mid-November), the reservation service will not be active.

Ideal for couples and singles, cozy and simple, it features a double bed. Upon request, it’s possible to have separate single beds.
Superior rooms → from 195.00 € per night
Perfect for couples who want to enjoy spacious and exclusive environments, these rooms are equipped with a patio with direct access to the garden or a small balcony with a pool view. They are available with double or separate beds.
Deluxe rooms → from 172.00 € per night
Suitable for couples or families, Deluxe rooms are available with a double bed or in some cases with separate beds upon request and an additional third bed. Some rooms have a private small balcony.
