La Pergola Estate is pleased to invite you to the second event of the new season, a day of discovery and enjoyment of the authentic flavors of Piedmont.
A unique opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable food and wine experience, accompanied by outstanding chefs and fine wines.
A journey of flavors with Fabio Tota and Laura Lercara.
Lunch will be catered by chef Fabio Tota and sommelier Laura Lercara, who have designed a refined menu to enhance the combination of our estate wines and local excellence.
Get ready to enjoy delicacies made with selected ingredients in a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.

Blue cheese mousse with pink pepper, caramelized onions and Barbera pears paired with Terre Alfieri DOCG Arneis Superiore
Mixed crispy vegetables with anchovy sauce and crispy EVO oil paired with Piedmont DOC Grignolino

Tagliolini del Roero with vegetable ragout and burrata cheese paired with Terre Alfieri DOCG Nebbiolo Superiore

Hazelnut mousse and Roero meliga cookie paired with two shades of Brachetto

During the day, you will have the opportunity to visit the winery and discover the secrets of our wine production, told by people who live their passion for the vineyard every day. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy a walk through the rows of vines, immersed in the beauty of our vineyards.
