Pocapaglia: sunset over the Rocks and dinner under the Stars

Terre Alte offers an evocative AL TRAMONTO walk in the most scenic and fairy-tale places of the Roero to discover places, characters and landscapes.
At the end for those who wish, dinner under the stars at the Circolo di Pocapaglia.

The places and the walk

It is precisely in the municipality of Pocapaglia that the “Rocks” are presented in their full and bursting beauty . In fact, these extraordinary erosion phenomena offer very interesting naturalistic and geological insights.
The environment of the Rocche, the silent forests of the Roero have given life between reality and legend to characters such as: the Hermit and the Masca Micillina, figures that have inspired not only popular imagination but also a well-known story by the Braidese writer Giovanni Arpino. By retracing the places of these characters we will relive the magical and mysterious atmosphere of this area where the strangest things can really happen.
The excursion takes place in a particularly
interesting from the naturalistic and scenic point of view.

Departure 6 pm.
Expected return about 9:15 p.m. followed by dinner (reservations required).
