On the occasion of Ferragosto, Terre Alte organizes truly special excursions in the territory of the Alta Langa, far from the noise of the crowds and mass tourism destinations.

There, in the authentic Langa where the hills lose themselves in the emerald green of a lush nature, where the scents of the marin arrive and where silence reigns.

The walk

The first part of the program includes a pleasant walk which, starting from the historic center of Lequio Berria, will lead us to the discovery of panoramic and unexpected places.

We will admire the green and relaxing landscape of the Alta Langa during the most fascinating time of the year, when the summer sunlight highlights the vibrant colors of the vegetation.

We will discover a territory rich in history, crossing ancient hamlets and panoramic sites.

The sunset

We will arrive at sunset to walk the hills of Bricco Schiappa and Bricco Erba Fresca: the panorama becomes spectacular, the view stretches 360 degrees, the meadows rich in summer blooms and scents are caressed by the breeze of the “marin” wind.

We will descend into the Valle del Berria, a small watercourse that crosses a valley immersed in wild and lush nature.

The route crosses mostly shady and wooded places with openings onto the bricchi located between 500-750 m in altitude.

Meeting at 5:00 PM at Lequio Berria, Via Roma, 37.

Departure 5:15 pm.

Duration: approximately 3 hours.

Excursion led by tourist guide and AIGAE environmental hiking guide, Piedmont Region, with narration of the territory.
