Monticello d'Alba, the ancient paths and the feast of San Felice

Nature, art and landscape are the themes that Terre Alte proposes for this not-to-be-missed excursion in the Roero hills The magnificent castle of Monticello is the pivot around which we will travel a scenic loop that will take us to discover enchanting places.
The light of sunset and evening will make the bricchi, woods and vineyards we will cross even more evocative.
During the hike we will walk along the “Path of Happiness” that will take us to the ancient parish church of San Ponzio, the building incorporated in the old cemetery of Monticello preserves the oldest pictorial testimonies of the Roero, and a visit to the site in the hours before the evening is very suggestive.
We will reach the historic part of the village and walk along one of the most scenic trails in the area!
