Born in Saluzzo and recently arrived in Langhe, Karver brings to Alba a contemporary wine shop concept: a refined, authentic, and welcoming place, designed for those who wish to discover wine with care, curiosity, and pleasure.
At the heart of the project is direct management, passionate and knowledgeable. The owners personally oversee every aspect: from selecting labels to customer relations, building an experience based on listening, research, and personalized recommendations.
The selection naturally highlights the great wines of Langhe, but also opens up to Italian and international labels, chosen with a careful eye toward producers capable of expressing identity, character, and authenticity.
