Just a stone’s throw from Alba, among hills and renowned vineyards from whose prized grapes Barolo is made, stands a farmhouse recently restored in the original style, a gastronomic and relaxing destination.
The managers are brothers Manolo and Rossano Allochis, chef and dining room manager respectively, who put at your service solid international experience gained over the years.
This beautiful landscape is the setting for romantic dinners and moments of relaxation in the countryside, by the pool reserved for guests of the facility.
Whether it’s a wedding or a meeting between colleagues, Rossano and Manolo will be at your service to make your experience at the Vineyard unforgettable.
The Restaurant
The kitchen offers an a la carte menu taking advantage of seasonal raw materials, maintaining a solid relationship with local suppliers that express the distinctiveness of the area
In spring and summer, the offer is enriched with the catch of our seas, so chef Manolo can leave the Piedmontese borders and range throughout the peninsula in search of contamination.
In winter, on the other hand, there is no shortage of dishes based on Alba White Truffle, supplied strictly by trusted local Trifulau who guarantee its quality and provenance.
The wine cellar, carved out of the old farmhouse walls, creates a perfect environment for storing the area’s fine wines, such as Barolo, King of the Langhe, Barbaresco and Roero.
The wine list is particularly rich in Piedmontese wines, but just as with the cuisine, there is no shortage of excursions into the great wines of other Italian regions.

The Vineyard offers its guests six double rooms, renovated with style and elegance, which preserve the originality and warmth of the farmhouse.
Each room enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding hills, has a private bathroom and cozy and functional furnishings.
