Housed in a traditional early 20th-century farmhouse, the structure has been beautifully restored while preserving its original character.
The Restaurant
The kitchen offers an à la carte menu using seasonal ingredients, maintaining a strong relationship with local suppliers who express the uniqueness of the territory
In spring and summer, the offering is enriched with fresh catch from our seas, allowing chef Manolo to venture beyond Piedmont’s borders and explore the entire peninsula in search of culinary influences.
In winter, dishes featuring Alba White Truffle are a must, strictly supplied by trusted local truffle hunters who guarantee its quality and origin.
The wine cellar, carved from the old farmhouse walls, creates a perfect environment for storing the territory’s prized wines, such as Barolo, the King of Langhe, Barbaresco, and Roero.
The wine list is particularly rich in Piedmontese wines, but just like the cuisine, it includes excursions into the great wines of other Italian regions.
