The B&B is deal as a base for visiting the Langhe and participating in the many events organized in the city; Casa Soave will surprise you with its exclusive services.

Gluttony

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a tasty, welcoming aperitif consisting of local wines along with cold cuts and cheeses.

In the morning, however, you can look forward to a rich breakfast in the spacious dining room. On offer, you’ll find a buffet made up of fresh and genuine local products, both sweet and savory.

All of the rooms are independent, and come with private bathroom and thermostatic shower mixer, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, slippers and headphone.

The furniture’s modern style blends perfectly with the technological services offered: a 42-inch Smart TV, access to Netflix TV series and films included, USB ports to charge mobile phones and tablets, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

Ideal for families

During the summer, take advantage of the large communal garden to read a good book, while your children have fun with video games: entertainment is guaranteed with a 49 “screen and the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation consoles.

Or, relax in the indoor area dedicated to board games.

If you’re traveling with your pet friend, don’t worry because it will have its own little space in the small private garden which forms part of each room.

Prices include: mineral water available in the fridge, breakfast, cleaning and daily room tidying up.

Upon request, you can add a cot in the room. Walls and fixtures are soundproof. A smoking area is available externally.

Access to the facilities, as well as to the rooms, is automatic and guaranteed 24/24 via the use of personal codes supplied when reserving the rooms.

The absence of any architectural barriers between the car park and the internal rooms guarantees access to those in wheelchairs, who will find a specially equipped room.

Business accommodation

The comfortable common room is available for business meetings. The meeting room rental includes: internal parking, 50-inch TV with computer connection, coffee break with sweets, savory snacks, hot and cold drinks and air-conditioning fees. Only receipts are issued.
