Ansèm is not a hotel, not a glamping site and not a restaurant. It is a private place among the hills of the Langhe, designed to offer you an exclusive moment in contact with nature.
It is the ideal location to celebrate an anniversary, surprise the person you love or allow yourself the pleasure of being together with the people you hold dear, away from everyday noise.
In Piedmontese dialect, Ansèm means “together”. It is precisely from this word that the meaning of the project is born: to create a space to experience and share, independently, with respect and slowness.
The entire area is reserved exclusively for the booked time slot: during your stay there are no other guests. The exact location is communicated only after booking confirmation, a deliberate choice to preserve the tranquility of the place and its discreet charm. Access is independent and the area is video-monitored.
Often, the most precious memories are born precisely in places that make you feel far from everything and incredibly close to what truly matters.
A story that
begins in 2021
in Alba
A hill discovered by chance, which became a family project
The story of Ansèm begins in 2021, from the encounter between Riccardo, one of the founding partners, and a hill in the Langhe discovered almost by chance.
Climbing up a steep meadow through the shrubs, Riccardo reaches the summit and finds before him a view capable of leaving its mark: lavender plants, woods, hazelnut groves, vineyards, castles of Langa and Roero, Monviso and the Alpine arc in the distance.
From that first wonder comes the desire to create, with the support of the family, a deep connection with those fields: to care for them, preserve them and share them with those seeking a more authentic connection with nature.
Ansèm is therefore not just an agricultural and experiential project. It is a place that speaks of roots, family and memory: a bond with the land that unites Riccardo with his siblings, parents, wife, daughters and also the grandparents who are no longer here, but who in the silence and beauty of nature still seem close.

Experience Ansèm following the light of the day
The true essence of Ansèm is exclusivity. Once here, you have the entire area at your disposal to experience time at the pace you prefer.
From the hill, your gaze opens onto one of the most evocative panoramas of the Langhe: vineyards, woods, hazelnut groves, the profile of Monviso and, on the clearest days, even the lights of Turin.
Ansèm can be booked at different times of the day. The sunrise, day and sunset packages are designed to experience the hill in an intimate way, for up to 18 people. For larger groups, flexible times or dedicated services, it is possible to create a customized day.
Sunrise and breakfast
From 5:00 to 9:30, Ansèm awakens together with nature.
You can bring a thermos of coffee, a cup of hot tea or your favorite breakfast and witness the slow awakening of the Langhe, when the first light of dawn reaches the hills and the air is still fresh.
The day
From 10:00 to 16:00, the full light enhances every detail of the hill.
It’s the right time to enjoy the space at your leisure, observe the panorama, relax outdoors, read, have lunch in the greenery or simply allow yourself a few hours away from the usual rhythms.
Sunset and evening
From 17:00 to 23:00, Ansèm dresses in the most intense colors.
The sunset over the hills creates the ideal atmosphere for a toast, an aperitif or a barbecue. When evening arrives, the fire, the silence and the starry sky transform the time spent together into a memory to treasure.
Customized day
You can also experience Ansèm for an entire day, from dawn until night.
Times can be arranged, typically from 10:00 to 23:00, and every detail can be tailored to you: customized services, guests even beyond 18 people, selected catering, personalized furnishings, umbrellas, sun loungers and other comfort elements.

A private space to celebrate important moments
Ansèm lends itself to life’s most significant moments: weddings among the scents of lavender, marriage proposals, renewal of vows, bachelor and bachelorette parties, intimate celebrations and corporate team building activities away from conventional spaces.
You can customize every event in the setups, furnishings and decorations, adapting the space to the tone of the occasion.
The experience can also be enriched with offerings dedicated to wellness and creativity, such as yoga sessions among the hills, stargazing, wellness paths and floral composition workshops.
Upon request, you can add professional photography and video services. To make the organization more complete, Ansèm can suggest celebrants, musicians and other professionals, accompanying the preparation with discretion and care.

Everything you need to experience the hill independently
The services at Ansèm are designed to guarantee comfort and practicality, while maintaining direct contact with nature.
Available are charging points for e-bikes and mobile devices, drinking water and equipped spaces for meal preparation, with barbecue, firewood, fire starters, refrigerator and microwave.
For everyday comfort you’ll find a shower, restrooms, evening lighting and a space dedicated to rest with a relaxation tub, chaise longue, tables and chairs. The wood-burning fireplace accompanies the quieter hours of the day.
Completing the experience are games, a Bluetooth speaker and a Berber tent providing shade and waterproofing, useful for enjoying the spaces even in variable weather.
The offering is completed by fire extinguishers and all the elements necessary for an essential yet complete welcome, in balance with the natural setting.
