Patrunèt Roero in Honest Sips

In the municipality of Vezza d’Alba, among the hills of Roero, you’ll find the Patrunèt winery, run by Claudio, his wife Monica, and Stefano. Patrunèt is a member of F.I.V.I., an association that supports the winemaker as the protagonist, guardian of their territory, and promoter of an authentic relationship between wine and consumer.

The owners welcome you by telling you about the winery, the territory, and the work in the vineyard that involves careful care of the vines, conservation of biodiversity, and integrated pest management to protect the crops.

You’ll follow the tour in the cellar to get to know their work up close until the most anticipated moment: the tasting of their wines.

You’ll uncork four bottles together, and while you savor the wines, they’ll tell you about them, answering your questions.

To complete the experience, we offer you a platter of cured meats and cheeses, artisan bread, breadsticks, toasted hazelnuts from their own production, and vegan options such as hummus and the traditional pickled vegetables.

Upon request, you can taste, in partnership with a renowned local restaurant, traditional dishes such as: vitello tonnato, Russian salad, veal carpaccio, anchovies in green sauce, cheese wheel.
