This year’s traditional Festival opening dinner is entrusted to Bra’S Chef Ambassador Massimo Camia of the Massimo Camia restaurant in Novello.
Institutional guests, authorities, and leading figures from Italian gastronomy will be in attendance.
BRA’S Bra Sausage Festival
One of Piedmont’s most iconic gastronomic treasures takes center stage, alongside the other three aces of Bra’s culinary quartet (Bra DOP Cheese—both soft and aged, Bra Rice, and Bra Bread), in an eclectic and multifaceted event that celebrates a tradition unique in the world, through a grand popular and cultural showcase of flavor and conviviality.
