Castello di Magliano Alfieri

A fascinating day to breathe the atmosphere of past eras, within the walls of the castle of Magliano Alfieri, in the company of a fastidious but dreamy scholar and a shell player, in search of the mysterious painting of Cleopatra that inspired the Alfieri family.

Will they find it, in the middle of the setting up of the Museo dei Soffitti in Gesso?

The narrated tours will allow you to admire the Museo delle Arti e Tradizioni Popolari – Cultura del Gesso, a treasure chest of precious artifacts, casts, and decorative tiles typical of certain areas of the Roero.

At the end of the tour, it will be possible to taste the wines of the Bric Cenciurio winery of Barolo.
