An exciting tour that will take you on a discovery of two magnificent underground cathedrals, silent witnesses to our history and winemaking tradition.

Join us for a guided group tour through the two underground cathedrals, authentic hidden gems and an integral part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will discover centuries-old secrets, fascinating history and the uniqueness of this place steeped in winemaking tradition.

Tasting at the counter

After the visit, we invite you to taste our wine excellence at our tasting counter.

Enjoy two glasses of our fine wines: the sparkling classic method 1892 and the refined Barbera d’Asti “Camp du Rouss.”

Cantine Coppo

Dichiarate Patrimonio Mondiale dell’Umanità UNESCO nel 2014, le Storiche Cantine Coppo attraversano tre secoli di storia e sono una delle più antiche realtà vitivinicole italiane. Le Cantine, scavate manualmente nel tufo calcareo, si sviluppano sotto la collina di Canelli per un’estensione di oltre 5 mila metri quadrati e raggiungono, nel punto più basso, i 40 metri di profondità. L’Azienda si estende per 27 ettari di vigneto il cui nucleo principale è nel Monferrato. Le origini dell’azienda risalgono al 1892 e nel 2012 ha ricevuto l’inserimento, da parte di Unioncamere, nel registro nazionale delle imprese storiche con più di un secolo anni di ininterrotta attività.
