Nizza, in the heart of Monferrato, hosts the Nizza Antique Market every third Sunday of the month.
For 40 years now, it has been the customary appointment with antiques and collectables.
One of the most noteworthy exhibitions among the antique markets of Northern Italy and beyond.
Over the years, it has become a point of reference for thousands of enthusiasts of objects that are part of our past and our traditions.
Over 350 exhibitors, mostly Italian, offer rustic objects and wooden tools, typical of the local peasant tradition, but also refined pieces from noble and bourgeois homes.
Not to mention 1950s curiosities, prints, lamps, toys, antique furniture, books, linens and grandmother’s lace, postcards yellowed by time, advertisements of historic brands, and many other curiosities that will surprise you.
Objects and accessories for your homes, for expert collectors or beginners looking for a passion to cultivate.
The Nizza Antique Market takes place from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in the central Piazza Garibaldi.
Origins
Organized by the Circolo Filatelico Numismatico Nicese, a non-profit association, it was founded in 1981 thanks to the intuition of four pioneers: Alfredo Barberis, Giolito Vincenzo, Andrea Ameglio and Flavio Onesti.
Starting with only 14 exhibitors, the Market grew rapidly, moving in 1984 under the Foro Boario with over 70 exhibitors.
In the early 2000s it reached about 350 exhibitors, becoming the second most important market in Piedmont.
The organizers guarantee the reliability of the event through strict regulations, aiming to continuously improve the experience for exhibitors, visitors and the curious.
