Pepper Fair: Aperichic experience

Every year Carmagnola hosts the National Pepper Fair.

It is one of the largest and most qualified Italian events in the food and wine sector and the largest dedicated to an agricultural product, each year offering gastronomic, cultural, artistic, and sporting events and creative and engaging experiences for all senses and all age groups.

Golden Pepper

Presentation of the Golden Pepper award, which celebrates a personality connected to the Carmagnola area who has particularly distinguished themselves in their field at the national level, bringing honor to the city.

For this 2026 edition, the award will be presented to the Magnificent Rector of the University of Turin, Prof. Cristina Prandi.

Quizzerone

A dynamic, popular and engaging event, designed to transform the Fair into a great collective game dedicated to peppers, the city of Carmagnola, Piedmontese gastronomic traditions and local curiosities.

Davide Bauccio Live

10:00 p.m.

Direct from the sold-out stages of Milan and the hottest squares in Italy, the overwhelming energy of Davide Bauccio arrives at the fair.

The twenty-one-year-old artist, a rising star on the pop scene, brings a concert that connects generations: from the most beloved hits of GenZ icons like Olly, Alfa, Irama and Ultimo, to the unreleased tracks that are marking his artistic journey.

Aperichic Experience

7:00 p.m.

Our AperiChic company offers a unique and authentic gastronomic experience, inspired primarily by the Venetian bacaro, serving tasty hot and cold dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients.

Our selection of dishes is varied and chosen based on the type of event we are at.

We offer platters with:

• Artisanal Cicchetti (also vegetarian)
• special fried foods such as pulled pork nuggets, Ascoli olives, jalapeno bites, camembert bites, guacamole bites, sweet and classic french fries

To satisfy everyone’s palate, we also add to our menu fried chicken and chicken nuggets.

All accompanied by a range of cocktails, spritzes and wines selected from the best artisanal producers in our region.

For this event, our chef creates each year a Cicchetti platter that makes peppers the star, enhanced in all their forms: as a cream, jam, marinated, cooked, raw, grilled, etc.

The Fair

The National Pepper Fair of Carmagnola returns with a new edition full of flavors, events and tradition, accompanied by the lively Foro Festival, which enlivens the evenings with music, shows and performances.

The absolute star is the famous pepper, symbol of the territory, celebrated through exhibitions, tastings, cooking shows, cultural meetings and entertainment for all ages.
