Who is Lorenzo Tablino

Albese DOC, born in ’46, Lorenzo Tablino graduated as a wine technician in Alba in 1968.

From 1969 to 2004 he worked at the historic estate of Fontanafredda.

Consultant for wine quality and image, writer and journalist-publicist, he collaborates with local newspapers and specialized industry magazines including Barolo & Co, Vigne e Vini, V. Q. and Millevigne.

He is an ONAV instructor, National Organization of Wine Tasters, and regularly holds presentations, courses, debates and guided tastings with important industry associations: Aei, Slow Food, Fisar, Chambers of Commerce, Ais, Wine Consortia, Municipalities, Wine Bars, Hotel Schools, Wineries and private clients.

He was a founding member and first President of SIVE – Italian Society of Viticulture and Enology (1995-2002).

Most recently, he assumed the position of Editor-in-Chief of the online news outlet Langhe.net.

It is available all year round, except during the following periods:

• for the entire duration of Vinitaly in Verona
• for the entire duration of Vinum in Alba
• from August 1st to 21st inclusive
