The exhibition
The exhibition set up in Mondovì aims to be a tribute to the women who influenced and inspired his life.
Their stories, interwoven with delicate brushstrokes and vibrant color palettes, emphasize a deep emotional connection between the artist and the inner beauty of women.
The Mondovì exhibition, which also intends to celebrate the master ten years after his passing, features works from the Di Napoli family’s private collection, all certified and cataloged.
The artistic journey presented is part of an exhibition project created to highlight the tremendous communicative power that art has in all its forms and follows the exhibitions held in Limena (Padua) and Pozzuoli (Naples).
The project was also presented at the European Parliament in Brussels and at Casa Veneto, also in Belgium.
The opening is scheduled for Saturday, July 4 at 11:00 AM and includes the presentation of the exhibition catalog.
The artist
Edmondo di Napoli (1938-2016), an artist of extraordinary talent and sensitivity, devoted great attention to portraying flowers, considering them symbols of beauty, fragility, and strength.
Undisputed is his ability to convey deep emotions through the representation of nature’s wonders.
Edmondo Di Napoli’s floral works, created from 1985 to 2010, are characterized by vibrant use of colors and meticulous attention to detail, with flowers that seemed almost to come alive on the canvas.
Edmondo Di Napoli transformed flowers into poetic arabesques of color and form, dedicated to the women who enriched his existence.
His exhibitions, imbued with beauty and meaning, will remain forever in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have admired them.
