Among the hills of Clavesana, in the Langhe Monregalesi, lies Claviva Apartments, the project of Silvia and her family created to welcome those seeking tranquility, time for themselves, and a more direct contact with the Alta Langa.
The five independent apartments embody this idea of hospitality: carefully appointed spaces, designed to experience your stay with freedom and rediscover a slower pace.
All around, only quiet and nature: the gardens, the vineyards and hazelnut groves typical of the Langhe, together with the organic vegetable garden from which come seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, and fruits destined for the pantry.
Completing the outdoor spaces are sunbathing areas and a panoramic pool measuring 20 x 5 meters. An elegant shallow entry allows you to cool off at water level, with your gaze open to the hills of the Alta Langa.

Claviva, the Alta Langa as a life choice
There are those who, after years of numbers, budgets, and meetings, chose to listen to a deeper calling. This is the story of Silvia, her family, and Claviva, born from the courage to leave a life ruled by deadlines and offices to build something real among the hills of the Alta Langa.
Opened in August 2026, this property tells of a change not improvised but matured over time: the desire to reconnect with the land, with silence, with an authentic hospitality, far from any artifice.
The search for the right place was long, made of site visits and waiting, until the encounter with an old farmstead.
From that moment began a careful process of recovery and transformation, carried out in full respect of the place's original identity: not just any renovation, but patient work to restore life to stone and space.
Silvia's philosophy rests on an idea as simple as it is rare: allowing yourself the pleasure of slowing down. Here time returns to follow the rhythms of nature, and what daily life often relegates to the background regains value: the sunrise observed without haste, a sunset coloring the hills, the silence of the woods, a walk, a breakfast with your gaze turned to the landscape, or simply a few pages of reading outdoors.
The Rooms
Each apartment has its own identity, inspired by the natural elements of the Alta Langa
The scenic road leading to Claviva climbs gently along the hillside, passes through the estate’s woodland, and opens onto a vast natural amphitheater, among hills, hazelnut groves, small villages, and mountains in the background.
The five independent apartments are arranged over two levels and welcome you with spacious, bright, and carefully appointed interiors, designed to experience the Alta Langa with freedom and autonomy.
The living area opens onto an outdoor terrace, while from the sleeping area you access a second, more secluded terrace: two outdoor spaces to enjoy at different times of day, for breakfast, reading, resting, or simply pausing in the quiet.
The interiors retain the warmth and familiarity of a home, with a simple and relaxed atmosphere.
All the apartments offer you the same level of comfort, autonomy, and openness to the outdoors, yet each holds its own identity, expressed through carefully chosen colors, wallpapers, and furnishing details.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the option of self check-in via gate and entrance code. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
The stay is complimentary for children aged 0 to 3. At present, pets are not permitted.

Each morning, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, you receive a generous breakfast delivered directly to your apartment, inside an elegant insulated picnic basket designed to keep the food fresh.
You can enjoy it on the terrace or in the tranquility of the indoor spaces, without rigid schedules and without a shared dining room. Genuine products, local flavors, and the silence of the hills accompany a calm awakening.

If you wish for a moment of relaxation, you can request a massage directly in your apartment.
A professional masseuse comes to Claviva to offer you a treatment dedicated to wellness and restoring your energy.
Pantry with local products
On the property you will find a small pantry stocked with local products, wines, and essentials, designed to allow you to shop simply and prepare a quick snack or dinner in your apartment.
Bicycle and e-bike storage
If you are traveling by bike, you can use the secure storage, locked and safe, where you can leave bicycles and equipment.
If instead you want to explore the Langhe on two wheels without bringing your own bike, you can request e-bike rental available on-site.
Laundry and electric charging
Also available are complimentary on-site laundry service and two reserved parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Charging is available on request, to be indicated at the time of booking or pre check-in, with cost calculated based on consumption.
