The outdoor pool and sunbathing areas provide a perfect space for recreation on hot days.
The bar with wood-burning oven, which is always active at lunchtime during the warm season, is the ideal place to have an aperitif, enjoy a glass of wine or indulge in a light meal.
The Jacuzzi hot tub, perfect for a rejuvenating break is free and exclusive use for all guests and is located near the pool.
For those who want an even more complete experience, the wellness area includes a sauna with Scottish shower (usable at a price of 30.00 € per hour).
The garden and the symbolic heart of the Relais
The large, multi-tiered green lawn is enriched with various botanical species and bordered by a charming grove of hornbeams, birches, maples, a magnolia tree, and a towering cork oak.
All around, there are orchards with different varieties of fruit trees that tell of the deep connection with the land and agricultural traditions of the area.
In the inner courtyard, a majestic olive tree stands as a symbol of peace and eternity. This plant, sacred since ancient times, represents protection and welcomes guests.
The old residence has been carefully restored, creating the perfect balance between tradition and modernity
The pool has a large sunbathing area with a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven. The pizza chef is contacted directly by the structure
Room No. 3 is very spacious, equipped with every comfort and a comfortable private bathroom. In addition to the double bed, a bed can be added on request for a third guest.

A story of family and renewal
In 2023, Enrica Pirra wished to bring new life to the family mansion and so, together with her sister Monica, a talented interior architect, they initiated a major renovation project.
A long uninhabited hamlet, once home to grandparents, great-grandparents and great-great-grandparents, remained frozen in an ancient era that tells stories of toil and work in the fields.
The intervention, taken care of with sensitivity and attention, made it possible to preserve the original charm of the structure.
All of this deserved to be defended, respected, protected and remembered.
Thus, the atmospheres of yesteryear were enhanced, while creating welcoming and functional spaces.
The Rooms
Every nook and cranny tells a story of elegance and comfort, where natural materials and refined finishes are combined
The interior features a country chic style that harmoniously blends original elements of the house, such as exposed brick and wood-beamed and planked ceilings, with modern elements.
The choice was made to enhance the existing, encapsulating beauty while respecting all that the ancestors had created, lived and cherished for future generations.
The same goes for the furniture: old wooden furniture and metal accessories are juxtaposed with contemporary style pieces.
The suites
All rooms are located on the second floor and can be reached by stairs (no elevator). They are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-fi, flat-screen satellite TV, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, minibar, bathroom with shower, herbal tea maker. Cleaning is daily.
There is no shortage of private parking and a charging station for electric cars.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Check-out is required by 11:00 am.
Room No. 1 → double room with terrace
Room 1, measuring 45 m², is ideal for a couple. It has a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, embellished with exposed beams and equipped with all amenities. The private balcony adds a touch of coolness on hot days and offers a pleasant view.
Room No. 2 → double room with garden view
Room 2, 35 m², is a cozy accommodation with a double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Overlooking the garden, it offers a relaxing atmosphere providing more privacy.
Room No. 3 → king superior
Room 3, measuring 40 m², offers ample space and comfortable surroundings, ideal for a relaxing stay. It features a double bed and a private bathroom. Upon request, an extra bed can be added to accommodate a third guest, offering a flexible solution as needed.
Room No. 4 → small double
Room 4, measuring 35 m², offers a view of the garden. It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and retains the charm of the original exposed beams, a detail particularly appreciated by guests.
Room No. 5 → family suite with balcony
At 60 m², this is the largest suite, perfect for accommodating up to four people. The room consists of a living room with a double sofa that can be converted into a bed, a master bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
The breakfast room
The breakfast room occupies the space that once housed the old stable, a place where Enrica’s ancestors tended animals. The old mangers, still well preserved, tell stories of a rural past.
Today, this renovated environment welcomes guests to a warm and authentic atmosphere where delicious buffets of fresh, local sweet and savory produce are served.
The fully equipped kitchen can be reserved for private dinners and exclusive showcooking with a private chef.

The Relais House
A welcoming retreat that feels like home, with breathtaking views
The Relais Chiarene House, with its 180m², separate entrance and two bathrooms, can accommodate up to six people. It is an air-conditioned accommodation on two floors, designed to offer an independent and comfortable stay, even for long periods.
On the lower floor are the 55 m² kitchen, fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher, a large living room and a bathroom. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double.
The living area can be converted into a third bedroom, thanks to two sofas that convert into a double bed or two single beds as needed.
The House has two entrances, garden, patio, WiFi and access to the pool shared with other guests at the facility.
Guests, if they wish, can request to have breakfast in the facility’s breakfast room.
