Lower Langa

Coazzolo is located between Langhe and Monferrato and has pre-Roman origins. The cultivation of the vine and the production of excellent wines characterize the economy of the town.

Verduno still has the appeal of an old town. From its Belvedere, tourists can enjoy a wonderful view of the Langhe, together with the pleasure of a quiet and relaxing place.

To reach Treiso, the road climbs through the Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Dolcetto vineyards. The noteworthy feature of the village is the cliff "of the seven brothers".

Rodello is famous for its cool and breezy climate even in summer: therefore it has become both a holiday resort and a residential place.

The perimeter of Sinio extends over the fascinating hills of the Bassa Langa. Rural and touristic center, its foundation dates back to medieval times.

The village, situated on the top of a "Rocca" (a precipitous massive cliff) along the Tanaro River, is characterized by an imposing tower from which it is possible to admire a 360 degrees landscape.

The castle of Piozzo was built in the tenth century and its grandeur indicates that the village was an important place in the defensive strategy of the last centuries.

Novello is a nice town, with a few houses on the top of a hill. Its neogothic style castle dominates the town from the cliff.

Narzole is located in a wide valley surrounded by several watercourses: the Tanaro river and the Mondalavia and Giuminella streams. The town boasts a long wine tradition.

Topping the steep rises of this village with a long history will lead you to its outstanding amphitheatre, its bell tower and a breathtaking view over the valley.
