Day 1
Arrive in the historic center of Albaretto della Torre, a small village in Alta Langa nestled in the quiet of woods and hazelnut groves, characterized by a 28-meter-high medieval tower, the symbol of the village. Here, Dimora DarSenso welcomes you in arelaxing and welcoming environment, connected with nature, which allows you to create the right atmosphere for smart working. Then, a bath inside a wooden whirlpool tub awaits you, which can be heated to the desired temperature, all while you enjoy an aperitif of typical local products: cheeses, cold cuts and a glass of wine.
To end the day on a high note, a tasty light dinner will be served at the top of the tower to watch the sunset from a breathtaking height. The tower will be exclusively reserved for you for the duration of the experience.
Day 2
After the mouth-watering breakfast served in your room, it will be time to pick up your packed lunch consisting of two sandwiches filled with local artisanal excellence, all supporting a very short supply chain. And now, ready for an easy and accessible scenic walk? About four kilometers around Albaretto della Torre, on a route that is both paved and unpaved in sections, among vineyards, hazelnut groves and woods. When the time comes, you can choose the perfect place to enjoy your delicious picnic sandwich. Dinner will be served at Ristoro La Torre, which offers a wide selection of traditional Piedmontese dishes and is only two hundred meters from your room.
The alternative to dinner
Should you prefer to experiment, you could choose the cooking class on pizza followed by dinner at Le Due Matote, in Bossolasco. This service is to be priced separately.
Day 3
After breakfast, you will be pampered with a relaxing massage or a guided shiatsu session before your departure.
