A stay for two for relaxation, wellness and culture in the Langa Monregalese.

Two days to discover the many talents of these lands, to taste the foods and wines that have made them a UNESCO heritage site, and to delve into the more“peasant” aspect, the lesser known.

Spend the night at the highly prized historic Duchessa Margherita mansion, right at the foot of the Sanctuary of Vicoforte, a popular destination for local tourism.

Dine at the Salvetti trattoria, an establishment beloved especially by locals for the genuine, yet innovative vision with which traditional dishes are interpreted.

On the second day you can visit theLanghe Sheep Ecomuseum in Paroldo, and then be welcomed to Cascina Raflazz for a tasting of typical Langa tome and cheeses. These two activities are optional and can be arranged only upon request and on days when the museum and farmhouse are open.

Overnight stay in Deluxe room with double bed, French-style ciel de lit and whirlpool shower. The villa, built around the mid-19th century and restored in 2009, retains its original splendor. It is furnished with antique furniture, period fireplaces and refined furnishings. The rooms have wooden floors and beds with ergonomic mattresses, as well as all the amenities needed for a purely relaxing stay. You can pamper yourself by booking international breakfast served at the table as an extra service (13.00 per person)

A dinner to discover the ancient flavors of the Langhe, where tradition meets a dash of innovation. The Salvetti trattoria, a historic establishment in Paroldo, offers typical dishes with seasonal ingredients to highlight the great potential of this land. The menu includes: welcome drink, appetizer, first course, second course and dessert; drinks not included.

Upon request, it is possible to add a visit to the Langhe Sheep Ecomuseum in Paroldo and Cascina Raflazz with a tasting of tome and typical Langa cheeses to the stay.
