In a state of alert relaxation, we will journey toward the invisible worlds of your inner universe.

An experience to dissolve blocks, rediscover inspiration, and look at daily challenges with new eyes.

A moment of sharing in nature while enjoying a gourmet rice dish, healthy and delicious, designed to nourish the body lightly, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.

The journey into objects with Marta Indra di Giulio

Through instinctive movement and deep listening, we will bring a “collective dream” to life.

The objects you bring will become speaking symbols, capable of revealing hidden meanings and suggesting new directions for your path.

The session will take place from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

The conclusion will include a final sharing moment and closing circle.

What to Bring

• A mineral: a river stone or a crystal that inspires you.
• A symbolic object: observe what surrounds you and choose an object that you feel instinctively represents you (large or small, sounding or silent).

Always passionate about spirituality and inner research, Silvia integrates the power of the voice and medicine song into her paths.

She helps people awaken their own “inner medicine” and find harmony between body and spirit through workshops and live events.

Marta Indra di Giulio

Mindfulness Teacher (trained at La Sapienza University in Rome and the University of San Diego), social theater practitioner trained at the University of Turin, and performer (Muppet animator for the band Coldplay).

For over 15 years, she has been leading wellness paths that combine mindfulness with art.

Founder of Mindful Wine Tasting, she works on the deep connection between human beings and nature, using the body and theatrical play as tools for transformation and awareness.
