When the sun gives way to twilight, the Langhe hills take on a truly special charm.
The route
We’ll set off from Novello for an evening hike that will lead us along panoramic trails, the evocative ruins of the Castello della Volta, and the peaceful shores of the small lakes that adorn the vineyard-covered hills like jewels.
It will be a slow walk, accompanied by the light of the August moon and the sounds of nature, through vineyards, woods, and ancient stories that still seem to inhabit these places.
An experience to be lived calmly, letting yourself be surprised by the magic of the night and the most intimate and authentic side of the Langhe.
If you like, before departure you can enjoy a nice apericena in the venue in Piazza Monviso or in the town center and savor a fresh glass of Nas-cetta, the typical white wine of these hills, or toast together to the August moon at the end of the walk.

Departure at 8:30 PM from Novello (CN), Piazza Monviso.
Return to the cars at approximately 11:15 PM.
Trail length about 9.5 km.
Elevation gain: approx. 250 m.
