In Pralormo, a family-run farm directly manages the entire production chain, from cultivation to processing.
The cereals and legumes grown on the farm are processed in the internal mill to produce feed for the pigs raised on the same estate. In the workshop, cured meats and traditional Piedmontese sausages take shape, alongside original specialties.
Attention to quality, respect for natural cycles, and care in every step allow for products that directly tell the story of the farm's work and its link with the territory.

Cascina Minot Apicoltura was founded in 2011 out of a passion for nature and the Roero area.
The business is based on respect for bees, their biological cycles, and the environment, with the goal of bringing products to the table that tell the story of the hive's work and the landscape where they are born. Honey, pollen, and certified fresh royal jelly are entirely produced in Roero.
The honey and royal jelly go directly from the producer to the consumer, maintaining a transparent link between those who work and those who choose the product. The pollen, on the other hand, is collected and cold-dehumidified to best preserve its properties and flavor.
The quality of work and the constant commitment of Cascina Minot have been rewarded over time with numerous regional and national awards.

On the Poirino Plateau, a small farm dedicated to the organic cultivation of ancient grains was born.
The grain is milled directly with a stone mill to preserve its characteristics, aromas, and flavor.
In the artisan workshop, fresh and dry pastries take shape, made exclusively with their own flours: a simple and tangible way to bring traditional flavors back to the table.

In Ceresole d’Alba, Cascina Italia carries on a tradition linked to the Red Lands of the Poirino Plateau, where ancient fishponds, called “tampe” in Piedmontese dialect, once collected rainwater and hosted tench farming.
The Golden Tench of Ceresole d’Alba comes from these ponds, a symbol of local gastronomy and the star of the historic September festival.
Since 1994, Cascina Italia has recovered and enhanced this ancient practice, raising tench in the historic ponds and processing them in its own artisanal workshop.
