Lower Langa

  • Coazzolo is located between Langhe and Monferrato and has pre-Roman origins. The cultivation of the vine and the production of excellent wines characterize the economy of the town.

  • Verduno still has the appeal of an old town. From its Belvedere, tourists can enjoy a wonderful view of the Langhe, together with the pleasure of a quiet and relaxing place.

  • To reach Treiso, the road climbs through the Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Dolcetto vineyards. The noteworthy feature of the village is the cliff "of the seven brothers".

  • Rodello is famous for its cool and breezy climate even in summer: therefore it has become both a holiday resort and a residential place.

  • The perimeter of Sinio extends over the fascinating hills of the Bassa Langa. Rural and touristic center, its foundation dates back to medieval times.

  • The village, situated on the top of a "Rocca" (a precipitous massive cliff) along the Tanaro River, is characterized by an imposing tower from which it is possible to admire a 360 degrees landscape.

  • The castle of Piozzo was built in the tenth century and its grandeur indicates that the village was an important place in the defensive strategy of the last centuries.

  • Novello is a nice town, with a few houses on the top of a hill. Its neogothic style castle dominates the town from the cliff.
