Producers will welcome you to their Cellars where you can learn about production processes, taste and buy their wines directly.
The Pit Stop in 5 Steps (visit and tasting)
An exciting experience full of twists and turns!
1. Qualifications among the vineyards.
The visit begins among the rows of vines to learn about the vegetative stages, the work done and what still needs to be done to produce an excellent wine.
2. Reconnaissance in the garagist cellar
Arriving at the basement you are treated to a modern, industrial-style environment with murals and graffiti on the walls.
We show you the rooms dedicated to winemaking, aging and storage of our wines.
3. Pit Stop: the bottles in the pits.
When you reach the tasting room, we will let you taste 4 wines, accompanied by other farm products such as cooked Madernassa pear, Piedmont hazelnuts and fresh seasonal fruit.
There will be no shortage of other local delicacies, including cured meats, cold cuts, cheeses, focaccia and breadsticks.
Sidré
The inimitable cider made from Madernassa pears.
Roero Arneis DOCG
Ideal for appetizers and hors d’oeuvres–but not only.
Pineti Barbera d’Alba DOC
The wine that most represents the Rivata family.
Bricot Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
Our younger idea of nebbiolo.
After completing all the Pit Stop stages, all that remains is for you to establish your Borgogno Rivata podium!
