Also this year the Cantina Comunale of La Morra<\/strong> has the honour to organize the Gala Dinner to present and celebrate the new Barolo vintage<\/strong>: 2012.<\/p>\n

On Saturday the 18th<\/sup> June<\/strong> you have the opportunity to taste different Barolo wines<\/strong> with their expressions and qualities, served by the wine producers themselves.<\/p>\n

The programme of the evening<\/h2>\n

The event starts at 5 p.m.<\/strong>: in the hall of the Cantina Comunale of La Morra local personalities<\/strong> and La Morra\u2019s wine producers<\/strong> will present the Barolo 2012.<\/p>\n

At 8 p.m<\/strong>, after the aperitif, the Gala dinner with the cuisine of the award-winning Chef Massimo Camia<\/strong> will be served, accompanied by a delightful music entertainment.<\/p>\n

The menu<\/h2>\n

The Chef propose a buffet aperitif with<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

veal terrine and salsa verde
\npotatoes cream with stew Bra sausages
\nsalt pastry risola with\u00a0porcini mushroom
\nroll of tuna pat\u00e9 and peppers
\nfried zucchini blossoms<\/p>\n

And now let’s tempt you by the dinner menu<\/strong>, perfectly matched with the Barolo:<\/p>\n

Gala Dinner – Barolo 2011<\/p><\/div>\n

If you want to know the names of the special guests<\/strong>, local personalities<\/strong> who will attend the presentation of Barolo 2012 and the producers<\/strong> who will served the wine. The names of the official participants will be published as soon as possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Instead, the location<\/strong> of the event has not been decided yet. It could change depending on the number of participants. You can check the\u00a0same\u00a0page\u00a0for more information.<\/p>\n
