Albaretto della Torre is a small village in Alta Langa<\/strong> that is being discovered<\/strong> thanks to a series of projects, initiatives<\/strong>, and activities for tourists and locals alike.<\/p>\n\n

Here the landscape is made of ridges, woods<\/strong>, hazelnut groves, roads that wind up and down, trails, incredible views, and silence, capable of surprising those looking for something authentic<\/strong>, more intimate, and closer to the real life of the local villages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Albaretto has become one of the symbolic places of an Alta Langa that refuses to stand still<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The village preserves its rural soul, its medieval tower<\/a>, its small churches, and its panoramas, but in recent years it has been creating new opportunities to make itself known<\/strong> and experienced: experiential paths, exhibitions, cultural activities, and offerings linked to the landscape and local products.<\/p>\n\n

Cod in SensoVia: when a walk becomes a story<\/h2>\n\n

Among the most curious and successful projects is certainly Merluzzo in SensoVia<\/a>, the new sensory path<\/strong> that we designed and created, promoted by the municipality of Albaretto. <\/p>\n\n

The name, at first glance, is puzzling. Cod? In Alta Langa? Far from the sea? That’s exactly where the beauty lies. <\/p>\n\n

The reference comes from the history of the Salt Road<\/strong>, the ancient link between Piedmont and Liguria<\/strong> along which merchants, travelers, anchovy sellers, and traders of products like cod and stockfish used to pass.<\/p>\n\n

A story of exchanges<\/strong>, encounters<\/strong>, and flavors<\/strong> that today comes back to life in a new form, designed for contemporary tourism<\/strong>. The path is about 4 kilometers<\/strong> long, suitable for everyone, including children, and divided into five stages, each dedicated to one of the five senses. <\/p>\n\n

You walk, observe, listen, smell, touch, and taste. But above all, you connect with the territory in a simple<\/strong>, fun, and accessible way. <\/p>\n\n

The sight stage invites you to observe the village<\/strong> and the surrounding ecosystem from a panoramic viewpoint. The hearing stage passes by the early 20th-century washhouse and the sounds of nature. <\/p>\n\n

The sense of smell takes you into the oak woods<\/strong>, where the story of the Alba White Truffle<\/a> and mushrooms unfolds. Touch meets the hazelnut groves and the Piedmont Hazelnut PGI<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

Finally, taste reaches rural life<\/strong>, with a journey into the world of bees<\/strong>, honey<\/a>, and local flavors. <\/p>\n\n

Local tourism, done right<\/h2>\n\n

Merluzzo in SensoVia perfectly captures a growing trend: the desire for nearby experiences<\/strong> that are sustainable and logistically light, yet rich from a human perspective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Among these, the exhibition<\/strong> Emotions Generate Memories<\/em>, with works by Renato Cane, aka Caren<\/strong>, and Shades of the Soul<\/em> with works by Giulia Porello<\/strong>, available until June 2nd<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n
