There&#8217;s <strong>a continuity that adapts<\/strong>, maintaining the core.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The signature products remain those of tradition, such as <strong>salame crudo<\/strong>, <strong>salame cotto<\/strong>, and <strong>fresh sausage<\/strong>, but over time <strong>new preparations are added that enrich the company&#8217;s identity<\/strong> without distorting it. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growing while staying recognizable and true to yourself<\/h2>\n\n<p>After Alba, in 2010 comes the opening of the Torino shop, then <strong>the new production facility<\/strong>, and over time the number of people involved also increases, reaching <strong>a structured operation that today counts about 25 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Yet, despite the evolution, the heart of the project remains recognizable. Perhaps because <strong>growth has never been a goal in itself<\/strong>, but the natural consequence of <strong>work done well<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>And perhaps also because <strong>the people<\/strong> within the company don&#8217;t just represent a workforce, but an integral part of the process.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is where the idea of an &#8220;<strong>extended family<\/strong>&#8221; takes shape, where every step is shared and every result depends on <strong>a collective balance<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The territory as a real presence<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Piedmont<\/strong>, in this story, is a constant presence that enters directly into the products through ingredients that <strong>tell the story of the territory<\/strong>, such as wine, truffle, or saffron.<\/p>\n\n<p>The choice to maintain a <strong>local supply chain<\/strong> also goes in this direction: <strong>reducing distances<\/strong>, improving quality, maintaining direct control.
