This\u00a0 garantee of origin will include two kinds of wines with two different production regulations: Dogliani and Dogliani Superiore. The latter will have a minimal alcohol content of 13% and must age one year in barrel.<\/p>\n<div class=\"caption__container content__image alignright size-full\"><div class=\"ratio\"><div class=\"ratio__content\"><a href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/?attachment_id=2996\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2996\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2996\" src=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dolcetto-di-Dogliani-2010-DOC-C\u00e0-Neuva1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"247\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dolcetto-di-Dogliani-2010-DOC-C\u00e0-Neuva1.jpg 247w, https:\/\/langhe.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dolcetto-di-Dogliani-2010-DOC-C\u00e0-Neuva1-206x250.jpg 206w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 247px) 100vw, 247px\" \/><\/a><\/div><\/div><p class=\"caption__text\">Dolcetto di Dogliani 2010 DOC C\u00e0 Neuva<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Moreover, the DOC status of the Dolcettos coming from the Langhe Monregalesi will become part of the DOCG status of Dogliani, reaching a production of more than 5 millions bottles.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, on the new indication won\u2019t appear the word Dolcetto, even if it is the only grape variety which is allowed for the production: this decision was taken in order to give the territory more value, so that the wine, as happened for the <strong><a title=\"DOCG Roero\" href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/wines\/docg-roero\/?lang=en&amp;lang=en\">Roero<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a title=\"DOCG Barolo\" href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/wines\/docg-barolo\/?lang=en&amp;lang=en\">Barolo<\/a><\/strong>, will bear the name of the place and not that of the grape variety. A brave choice made from the producers, because they are aware of their product\u2019s quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Dolcetto doglioani doc 20101 C\u00e0 Neuva\" href=\"http:\/\/caneuva.com\/wines\/dolcetto-dogliani-doc-2010\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dolcetto di Dogliani 2010<\/a><\/strong> DOC \u00a0<strong><a title=\"C\u00e0 Neuva\" href=\"http:\/\/shop.langhe.net\/en\/producers\/ca-neuva-en\/\" target=\"_blank\">C\u00e0 Neuva<\/a><\/strong> we are tasting today is an all-course wine that can be drunk also during Summer, maybe serving it at a little lower temperature than the optimal.<\/p>\n<p>It has an intense ruby red colour with a winy and elegant aroma and an intense fruit with notes of cherry and wild berries.<\/p>\n<p>Dry on the palate, there is a good balance between acidity and tannins.
