In the heart of Albaretto della Torre<\/a>, amidst breathtaking landscapes and the rhythm of walking<\/strong>, a simple yet powerful idea was born: to transform the strength of the land into energy you can carry with you<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is how the Albarretta<\/strong> came to life, a handcrafted bar<\/strong>, healthy and tasty, designed for those who love to experience the Langhe at a slow pace or on two wheels<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An idea born from the land and its needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ilenia Colucci<\/strong> from LoveLanghe<\/strong>, the soul of the project, tells us about it. Listening to the needs of walkers<\/strong> and cyclists<\/strong>, she involved producers<\/strong> to create something that was still missing: a bar that was truly local, light, tasty, and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Albarretta was born from a real need. More and more people are exploring our land by trekking or bike touring, and they often asked us for a local, good, natural product to keep in their pocket and use as a recharge during the journey. The spark, looking at the land from above<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The starting point is symbolic<\/strong>: the panoramic tower<\/a> of Albaretto della Torre. From up there, the project was born. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We looked around from 28 meters high, with a 360\u00b0 view, and identified our partners, creating a sustainable supply chain in terms of nutrition and community.<\/p>\nIlenia<\/cite>LoveLanghe<\/span><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Small local companies<\/strong> working with hazelnuts, honey, fruit, and cereals<\/strong>. All zero kilometers, all truly good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Albarretta Recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The recipe is shaped by Luana from Cascina Buschea<\/strong>, who assembles all the products in her artisanal workshop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
