{"id":2929,"date":"2011-12-30T17:06:48","date_gmt":"2011-12-30T16:06:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.langhe.net\/?p=2929"},"modified":"2022-08-01T17:11:53","modified_gmt":"2022-08-01T15:11:53","slug":"docg-moscato-dasti-2010-i-tre-poggi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/langhe.net\/en\/2929\/docg-moscato-dasti-2010-i-tre-poggi\/","title":{"rendered":"Moscato d&#8217;Asti DOCG 2010 &#8211; I Tre Poggi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is quite right in this period of celebrations to enjoy the <a href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/en\/wines\/moscato-dasti-docg\/\">Moscato d&#8217;Asti DOCG<\/a>. 2010 from the farm <a title=\"I Tre Poggi\" href=\"http:\/\/shop.langhe.net\/en\/producers\/tre-poggi-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I Tre Poggi<\/a>, on the beautiful hills around Asti, very close to Canelli.<\/p>\n<p>It is a sweet effervescent white wine, esclusively produced with biological grapes, it has to be consumed when young and within one year and a half after its production.<\/p>\n<p>Pale yellow in colour with shiny golden reflections, it presents that typical sweet taste of the Moscato but aromatic and rightly alcoholic (5.5 degrees) at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Its <em>perlage <\/em>(effervescence) is fine and with a good persistence, allowing bubbles to properly clean the mouth.<\/p>\n<p>We can combine it with all kind of desserts (fresh and dry pastries) such as a <a title=\"Zuppa Inglese\" href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/recipes\/zuppa-inglese-en\/?lang=en&amp;lang=en\">zuppa inglese<\/a> (trifle) or a soft <a title=\"Hazelnut Cake\" href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/recipes\/hazelnut-cake-2\/?lang=en&amp;lang=en\">hazelnut cake <\/a>but, if you dare to try, taste it with cold cuts (perfect with prosciutto crudo) and middle aged <a title=\"Cheese Tray\" href=\"https:\/\/langhe.net\/food\/cheeses\/?lang=en\">cheese<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Serve it at a cold temperature (6-8 deegrees) in the right glass, called &#8220;<em>flute<\/em>&#8220;, in order not to generate too much foam and \u00a0keep the right effervescence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is quite right in this period of celebrations to enjoy the Moscato d&#8217;Asti DOCG. 2010 from the farm I Tre Poggi, on the beautiful hills around Asti, very close to Canelli. She started loving good wine and food since she was very young, discovering the joys of the palate, thanks to her grandparents. She has always liked entertaining friends and her loved ones around a well stocked table, full of delicious dishes. She is pretty happy in the kitchen as she likes trying new and original eno-gastonomical pairings. In 2006, due to her deep love for wines, she became a Sommelier (wine taster) with the \"F.i.s.a.r\". association.
