When thinking of the Langhe<\/strong>, most will probably think of the sight of a breathtaking landscape<\/strong>, perhaps during the foliage season, when the colors of autumn<\/strong> are shown in all their glory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Some, on the other hand, will think of the scents of spring<\/strong>, picturesque walks on forest trails<\/strong>, and scenic rides through routes surrounded by unspoiled nature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Still others prefer the Langhe in summer, an ideal destination for an escape from the city<\/strong>, especially on days when the heat becomes unbearable, the spaces seem so small as to make us claustrophobic and there is a need for air<\/strong> (and a glass of wine).<\/p>\n\n

What about in winter? The area is transformed into a fairy-tale picture<\/strong>, where dormant vineyards and silent villages <\/strong>glow under the clear sky, offering a serene and enchanted panorama<\/strong>. Okay, beautiful. But what can be done? A lot of things.<\/p>\n\n

The region is world-famous for its fine wines<\/strong>. Winter<\/strong> is the ideal time<\/strong> to visit wineries and be told the anecdotes and most fascinating aspects <\/strong>of the production process directly by the producer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The highlight of the visit to the winery<\/a> is, of course, the guided tasting<\/strong> of the area’s renowned wines <\/strong>such as Barolo<\/strong> and Barbaresco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
