In the past few months we’ve talked about how brilliant it is to give a bottle of wine<\/a> as a gift: it’s a classy gift<\/strong>, good for everyone<\/strong>, and it’s also easily recyclable<\/strong>… it really doesn’t get any better than that.<\/p>\n\n

However, if you’ve come a little long<\/strong> and are afraid that the shipment won’t arrive in time, or you don’t feel like making a trip to the wine shop<\/strong>, or maybe you don’t have the head to go flailing around with packages and parcels<\/strong>, I want to propose an alternative solution.<\/p>\n\n

This year give an experience as a gift<\/strong>: a voucher for a winery visit<\/a>, or a complete vacation package, again there is something for everyone<\/strong>. Besides, let’s face it: the memory of a good vacation is never forgotten!<\/p>\n\n

A sanguine <\/strong>and “old-fashioned” winery. Owner Franco comes from a long line of winemakers<\/strong>, and has rather recently started bottling.<\/p>\n\n

Produces the typical wines of the Alba<\/strong> area: Dolcetto, Barbera(d’Asti <\/a>and Alba<\/a>), Nebbiolo and Moscato<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n
