In fact, a wine that is suitable for drinking at low temperatures should be in the <strong>range of 11% to 13%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acidic framework<\/h6>\n\n<p>Another important characteristic is acidity: the better the <strong>ph of the wine<\/strong>. perfect, but it also accompanies very well <strong>cured meats<\/strong>, which are inevitable on Piedmontese tables.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Grignolino<\/h3>\n\n<p>Light and fragrant, <strong>it can be served chilled<\/strong> to accompany <strong>cheese <\/strong>boards and <strong>cured meats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Pelaverga<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Spicy <\/strong>and <strong>intense<\/strong>, fine and little lingering, it should be served at temperatures around <strong>16 to 17 degrees<\/strong> to enhance the
