{"id":69661,"date":"2016-11-11T11:56:29","date_gmt":"2016-11-11T10:56:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/langhe.net\/?page_id=69661&#038;lang=en"},"modified":"2026-04-28T12:08:56","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T10:08:56","slug":"terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/langhe.net\/en\/terms\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Terms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#1<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">The sale of accommodation packages and\/or any other bookable activity and\/or service, whether they have a specific date of use (hereinafter referred to as <strong>LangheTailorMade<\/strong>) or do not have a specific date of use (hereinafter referred to as <strong>LangheBox<\/strong>), is carried out by the respective producers, hereinafter referred to as Seller(s).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">The Italian version of these General Booking Conditions is the definitive legal version valid for all countries. Translations into any other languages are provided for convenience of reference only. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#2<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">The sale of <strong> <strong>LangheTailorMade<\/strong><\/strong> and <strong>LangheBox<\/strong> is subject to Italian law.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#3<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\"><strong>LoveLanghe S.R.L.<\/strong> exclusively provides the technological support for managing the sale of the <strong><strong>LangheTailorMade<\/strong><\/strong> and <strong>LangheBox<\/strong> catalog items, using typical online shopping functions and managing orders and payments between Buyers and <strong>Sellers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#4<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">Consequently, each individual Seller is solely responsible to the Buyer for the actual quality of the booked service, the description of which in the catalog faithfully reflects the specifications provided by each Seller, who also guarantees its truthfulness. Under no circumstances can any responsibility in this regard be attributed to <strong>LoveLanghe S.R.L.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#5<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">Prices include VAT and any other taxes (such as tourist tax) if and where applicable.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#6<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">Any invoice will be issued by the individual <strong>Sellers<\/strong> only if requested at the time of the order and\/or when defining the dates of use for the <strong>LangheBox<\/strong>, provided the Buyer provides the personal details (including the VAT number) of the Company and\/or Entity to which the invoice should be issued.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#7<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">Payment terms and order effective date:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">a) Payment terms:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advance bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>b) Order effective date:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>immediate for payments via PayPal and credit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upon receipt of the bank transfer for payments made by advance bank transfer. If the bank transfer is not received within 5 days of the order, it will be canceled without any further notice to the Buyer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#8<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">It is the responsibility of the Buyer, or their representative, in the case of a <strong>LangheBox<\/strong> purchase, to contact <strong>LoveLanghe S.R.L.<\/strong> to define the dates of use for the services based on the Seller&#8217;s availability.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading lg-small\">#9<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left lg-small\">Deadline for using <strong>LangheBox<\/strong>: within 1 year from the date of purchase.
