- 300 g peeled hazelnuts
- 300 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 6 eggs
- half a dose of leaven
Beat the egg albumens, then the yolks and add a third of the sugar, the melted butter and the leaven; in the meanwhile, crush the hazelnuts into crumbles, and add the rest of the sugar.
Mix together albumens, tolks and hazelnuts, and if you want add 100 grams of dark chocolate.
Put the mix in a mould and put it in the oven for half an hour at 180°C.
