November 11, 2013

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of flour 00
  • 140 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 sachet of vanilla extract
  • 85 grams of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of milk
  • 1 large apple

Procedure

Mix in a bowl all the wet ingredients: the melted butter, the eggs and the milk.

In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: the flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the baking soda and the vanilla extract.

Unite gradually dry ingredients to wet ones, mixing everything in the first bowl.

Then peel the apple, cut it into cubes and add to the mixture.

Grease and flour the muffin molds and fill them only for 2/3 with the compound (with the cooking will increase in volume).

Bake at 200° for 15/18 minutes.

When cooked, remove the apple muffins from the oven, and let them cool on a wire rack.

A tip

When the apple muffins are cold you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
