Created from the farmsteads owned by Virginia Ferrero, the Tota Virginia hotel and restaurant still retains the typical architecture of the early 1900s, with exposed brick and porches.
In a panoramic position in the Baudana locality of Serralunga d’Alba, it offers a splendid view of the Barolo vineyards dominated by the castle of Castiglione Falletto.
If you want to organize a lunch in a picturesque location, savoring dishes made with refined raw materials, while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Langhe hills, Tota Virginia is the ideal place.

The Restaurant
Taking a seat at one of the tables means a unique dining experience
The large windows, round tables, and simple furnishings with attention to detail create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The owners wish to receive their guests in a familiar and comfortable environment, offering high-quality service.
Under the porches, on the adjacent balcony, are the outdoor tables. While, downstairs, the Virginia Hall hosts parties, ceremonies and meetings for up to 200 people.
The porch wraps around the garden, a green living room where hotel guests can relax and cool off in the Langa stone pool.

Much space is reserved for meat: starting with Fassona, which is characterized by a high degree of tenderness and leanness, to Carmagnola gray rabbit and Iberian piglet. In the appetizers, the inevitable veal tonnato and the raw meat battuta.
