The Piemonte Brachetto in Rosa from the Gatti Piero winery

September 11, 2015

The Cantina Gatti Piero winery is a small, completely female, family-run company from Santo Stefano Belbo, by mother Rita and her daughter Barbara.

They produce wines that tell every detail about the land which they come from, including the influence of the microclimate, its particular exposure and the climatic conditions of each vintage. In their genuine and quality wines, one can feel the female touch, which is full of love and appreciation for nature.

Production method

Winemaking method:

Stemming, delicate pressing of the grapes and maceration of the skins for 2 or 3 days. Then, like with Muscat, the must is kept at -2 ° C and eventually fermented with selected yeasts at 16 ° C for roughly 5 days.
