February 13, 2015

Biodynamic wines and Natural Products from Organic cultivation that lead to energy.

The first vines were planted in 2001 and have since been followed with great care according to the principles of biodynamic specifications.

The Dolcetto, an ancient indigenous grape variety in Piedmont, has 11 appellations of origin; its prestigious location is found in a limited area south of Asti.

This Dolcetto d’Asti DOC 2011  from the “I Tre Poggi” company, which is typically ready for drinking as a result of its pleasantness and limited natural acidity, evolves by enhancing its best features.

Its color is ruby red with accented violet hues, tending to garnet as it evolves; the intense aroma of red fruit, with evident and genuine cherry scents,  accompanies the palate with a very intense and harmonious taste, leaving a typical almond aftertaste.
